A Notus Farmhouse Wedding: Jori + Jared

With fantastic natural light and beautiful details at every turn, the Notus Farmhouse set the stage for a stunning, eastern Oklahoma winter wedding.

Although cold, Jori and Jared’s ceremony was a direct reflection of their personalities, their family connections, and their friends who were in attendance to help celebrate.

One of my very favorite parts of the day? Capturing the two dancing in a sparkler circle, as an official “end” to the magic. All the praise hands, y’all.

In true Oklahoma-weather-unpredictability, the days and hours preceding this beautifully fun {outdoor} wedding at Nero ranch held heavy rain, flooding, and power outages. 

But, because the good Lord blesses those who praise him for the rain, the sun began to shine as family, friends and guests helped finish setting the stage. 

With golden light blessing the arena, my friends exchanged personally-written vows and rings. And the party that followed ... pure fun.

Wedding: Christa + Mitchell

On a perfect, sunny May afternoon with Oklahoma's Grand Lake and Shangri La golf course as the backdrop, Christa and Mitchell gathered with family and friends to pledge their lives to each other.

Every detail - from the groom's cake to the bride's white Nike kicks for the reception - were reflective of their charming personalities.

Patricia + Brandon

Thanks to Oklahoma FFA, the Brothers Womack and I have known each other for years. From alumni leadership camp to state chorus, and then on to Oklahoma State {go pokes!}, and careers that cross paths... we're buds. Homies even. 

So, when Brandon first asked me to be he and Trish's photographer, on my birthday, I said yes with no hesitation and no details.

The fall day dawned with the promise of golden sunlight, and beautiful fun.
